1. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ.You can order 5 piece at a time.
2. Can you ship to us?
Yes, we ship worldwide including china - anywhere served by the couriers DHL, FedEx, UPS,TNT.
3. Is it OK to ship directly to my customers?
Yes. Please directly contact our staff and advise the destination address.
4. If you ship to my customers ,can you also provide me with invoices?
Yes, we can send the invoices to you when ready.
5. If you ship goods directly to my customer, how can guarantee that your packages and invoice would not identify your company?
Yes. When shipping the packages, we wont have anything with Firstenheating.com on it.The invoice that must accompany ALL packages for customs also will not be in the name of Firstenheating.
6. Would you be able to label the packages and invoice with my own company name / logo? If so would you charge an extra fee for this?
Yes, this service is available. You should be responsible for extra fee caused by special packages.
